The unused land problem

Problem

Most of the world’s land goes unused, and yet, people are trapped next to people they hardly know.

Solution

Allow owners of unused land to put it up for collaboration. People can come up with ideas of what to turn it into. And when the idea is fully flushed out the project starts.

Risks

Land owners may find it too risky to allow strangers on the land, and the people creating may be worried they will not be properly compensated for their efforts
